摘要
由于水声信道存在一些特殊性质:高传播时延、传输速率低等,因此水声传感器网络MAC协议的设计面临着很多挑战.陆地上无线传感器网络的MAC协议不能直接应用于水声传感器网络中.针对水声传感器网络提出了一种基于Ordered CSMA协议的改进型MAC协议.改进型协议通过增加节点每次发送数据包的数量和发送顺序的变换,克服高传播时延对Ordered CSMA协议的影响.仿真实验结果表明该协议具有较高的网络吞吐量和较短的端对端时延.
The design of medium access control (MAC) protocol for underwater acoustic sensor net- works (UWASNs) faces significant challenges: large propagation delay, low data rates, etc. In these circumstances, MAC protocols designed for terrestrial networks can not be directly used in UWASNs. In this paper, we proposed a novel MAC protocol based on the ordered CSMA protocol. It is shown that by new transmission mechanism, our protocol can improve the channel utilization and decrease the end- to-end delay. The performance of the proposed protocol is evaluated via simulations. The results of simulation are given, which shows that our protocol outperforms in channel utilization and transmission delay.
