2012年—2014年我院质子泵抑制剂应用分析

Application of proton pump Inhibitors in our hospital during 2012-2014

目的了解质子泵抑制剂(PPI)使用情况,为临床合理用药及科学管理提供参考依据。方法从医院信息系统中提取2012年—2014年我院质子泵抑制剂的品种、销售数量、销售金额、零售价等信息,对各药的销售增长率,用药频度(DDDs),限定日费用(DDC)进行分析。结果 2012年—2014年我院PPI的总DDDs及总销售金额呈逐年较快增长趋势,口服PPI的DDDs及销售金额排序前两位的是泮托拉唑、雷贝拉唑,注射用PPI的DDDs及销售金额2013年起泮托拉唑、奥美拉唑即排序前两位,泮托拉唑无论口服还是注射的DDDs都排名第一,且增长较快,各药的DDC都非常平稳。结论我院PPI的使用总体来看是合理的,但应严把适应证、防止PPI的无适应证使用。

Objective To investigate the use of proton pump inhibitors（PPI）in the first People＇s hospital of Yibin,and provide a reference for rational drug use and scientific management in clinical. Methods To obtain the information of PPI from 2012 to 2014 in the hospital information system,such as the species,the number of sales,the amount of sales,the retail price of sales and so on,then make a retrospective analysis on the data of the sales growth rate,DDDs,defined daily cost（DDc）and so on. Results From 2012 to 2014,the total DDDs and the total sales amount of PPI presented on a rapid growth trend year by year. Pantoprazole and rabeprazole ranked the top two of the DDDs and the sales amount of oral PPI,while from2013,the top two of the DDDs and the sales amount were pantoprazole and omeprazole of injected PPI.Of the oral and injected PPI,Pantoprazole ranked the top one of the DDDs all the time with a rapid growth. The DDc was stable for each PPI.Conclusion The use of PPI was reasonable in general in our hospital,but the usage should be strictly controled in order to prevent no PPI use on people with no indication.
