摘要
为了研究插电式混合动力公交客车(P-HEB)动力系统参数匹配及整车控制策略,基于国内某款双轴并联式混合动力公交客车(HEB),建立插电式并联混合动力公交客车仿真模型,并对发动机、电动机和电池进行参数匹配。在此基础上,提出了基于规则的插电式混合动力公交客车(P-HEB)的动力系统双模式控制策略,并进行建模仿真,比较了P-HEB和HEB的经济性。仿真结果表明:动力系统主要参数及整车控制策略设计合理,在满足动力性的前提下,能耗经济性与传统HEB相比节油率为66.47%。
A simulation model for a parallel plug-in hybrid electric bus was developed to study the matching of power system pa- rameters and control strategy for the whole vehicle for plug-in hybrid electric bus (P-HEB), which was based on a domestic model of biaxial parallel HEI3. Parameters for the engine, motor, and batteries were also matched. In addition, dual mode control strategy of dynamic system for P-HEI3 was proposed and modeling and simulation was performed. The economy of P-HEB and HEB was compared. The simulation results indicate that the design of main parameters in power system and the control strategy for the whole vehicle was appropriate. As compared with the traditional HEB, the fuel consumption can be reduced as much as 66.47 % for P-HEB without compromise to the power performance.
