铁皮石斛穴盘育苗基质的优化筛选

Screening and Optimization transplant Media for Dendrobium officinale

以铁皮石斛为研究对象,以泥炭、珍珠岩、蛭石和椰糠为基质配料,按不同比例混合,筛选适合铁皮石斛穴盘育苗的移栽基质。试验结果表明:采用基质泥炭:珍珠岩:蛭石配比为3:1:1成活率及幼苗质量均达到了最佳状态。

Using Dendrobium officinale as the study object, peat, perlite, vermiculite and coco coir were mixed in different proportions as medium ingredient to screen plug transplant media for Dendrobium officinale. The results showed the com- bination peat＋vermiculite＋perlite （3 ： 1 ： 1） was the best providing the highest survival rate and the highest quality of the seedlings.
