摘要 无针注射器是一种新型的注射方式,它的出现给许多慢性病患者如糖尿病患者及具有恐针患者带来福音,它具有无创、无痛、防止各种传染病的传播,减少运用传统注射器带来的并发症,在国外无针注射器的研究已经日趋完善,而国内则刚刚开始着手研究,现对无针注射器进行相关综述,主要对其原理及其发展史、临床应用,及研究现状进行阐述,并着重讨论无针注射器在糖尿病的应用给药系统的优势。 Needle-free is a new kind of way for injection. Its appearance gives convenience to many chronic diseases patients such as diabetes and the patients who have a fear of needles. It has the characteristics of non-invasive and painless, preventing the spread of infectious diseases. The use of the traditional syringe brings many complications. Needle-free research has become increasingly perfect in foreign country, while we have just begun to study in our country. Here is provided the related review of needle-free, mainly focusing on its principle and its development history, clinical application, and the research situation and especially the application of syringe without needle in diabetes and the advantage of drug delivery system in this paper.
