摘要
基于对往期的房地产客户计划实施结果,以及相关文献的研究发现,我国房地产产品的销售业绩与其客户满意程度发生偏离。其中原因既有我国房地产产品的特殊性,也有房地产市场的特殊性。根本原因在于对客户满意度量化模型的套用存在偏颇。以往的研究,大多忽视了房地产项目环境和市场环境对消费者满意度的影响,本文旨在通过建立一种新的房地产消费者满意度模型,以求更加准确地评估房地产消费者满意度的方法。
Based on the real estate projects customer satisfaction survey, this paper finds that housing sale is the departure from satisfaction, the reason includes the special nature as well as the specificity of the real estate market, the root causes is the departure from satisfaction quantitative model. Most previous studies ig- nore the real estate project environment and market environment to customer satisfaction. This paper aims to establish a new real estate consumer satisfaction conceptual model to explore the more accurate method for estimating real estate consumer satisfaction.
