摘要
台山电厂二期#6、#7机组捞渣机由阿尔斯通四洲电力设备(青岛)有限公司生产。机组在启动初期,捞渣机控制系统表现出多处的设计欠缺,如捞渣机无转速反馈、没有设计反转功能等问题,给捞渣机的正常运行造成巨大的风险。为确保设备正确动作,针对这些问题,进行了优化和改进,并取得预期效果。
The second #6,#7 submerged chain conveyor unit of Taishan power plant is produced by Alston Si- zhou power equipment. At the beginning of launch, submerged chain conveyor exists design disadvantages, such as non-speed feedback, no design transformation function, so the submerged chain conveyor face great risk during its operation. We optimize and improve these problems and get a desired result.
