摘要
基于螺旋输送和文丘里的负压抽吸射流原理,提出了设计用于工业煤粉锅炉的组合式供料装置,阐释了其计算原理依据,根据实际运行工况,确定其加工尺寸,通过工程实践,对设计结果进行修正,并最终验证了该结构供料器的合理性。
Based on screw conveying and venturi vacuum suction jet principle, we put forward the design for combined feeding device for pulverized coal fired industrial boiler, explain the principle of the calcula- tion basis, the finishing size is determined according to the actual selection and through the engineering practice of design results are corrected and the final verify the rationality of the structure of the feeder.
