手术室输血护理研究

Transfusion nursing research in operation room

目的对手术室输血的护理工作进行总结。方法选取2013年10月—2014年10月接受术中输血护理的患者928例,分别给予护理准备(包括:护理诊断与计划制定)、护理实施(包括:输血前准备、输血前检查、输血过程控制、输血反应避免和输血结束注意等)和护理评价。结果无1例不良反应发生,均达到有效治疗的目的。结论通过严格执行护理准备、护理实施和护理评价三大护理流程,有利于顺利开展术中输血护理工作、维护患者身体健康、保障患者生命安全,有效避免医患矛盾的发生。

ObjectiveSummary through blood transfusion nursing work in operation room,study of transfusion nursing the whole application,in order to improve the quality of medical work..MethodsFrom 2013 October to 2014 October,928 cases of blood transfusion received intraoperative nursing of patients,were given nursing preparation（Including：nursing diagnosis and planning）,implementation（Including：blood transfusion preparation,inspection,process control before blood transfusion,transfusion reaction and avoid transfusion end note etc.）and evaluation of nursing care.ResultsNo adverse reaction,have reached the goal of effective treatment.ConclusionTransfusion nursing in operation room by strict nursing preparation,implementation and evaluation of nursing care of three nursing process can be carried out smoothly transfusion nursing work,intraoperative patients with maintenance of health,safety and life of patients,effectively avoid the occurrence of conflicts between doctors and patients.
