创伤失血性休克患者的复苏策略探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察不同液体复苏方法在救治创伤失血性休克患者中的应用效果。方法随机将我院收治的创伤失血性休克患者79例分为2组,观察组40例采用小容量液体复苏,参照组39例实施常规液体复苏。观察2组患者输液量,术前血乳酸、碱缺失,急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)、多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)以及病死率的差异。结果观察组输液量少于参照组,术前检测指标优于参照组,ARDS、MODS发生率及病死率低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于出血未完全控制的创伤失血性休克患者,小容量液体复苏可提升复苏效果,减少并发症和病死率。
