摘要
以中国农业科学院蔬菜花卉研究所开展的生物试验为研究背景,建立病原菌激发黄瓜抗病反应的常微分方程模型,利用最小二乘法估计出模型参数,借助MATLAB软件编程求出模型的数值解,最后通过数值实验进一步验证黄瓜的抗病效果。该研究结果可为生物研究和田间种植提供一定的指导和帮助。
Based on the experimental results received from Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, this paper presents mathematical models to study cucumber disease resistance stimulated by pathogens. The parameters of the model are estimated by use of least squares method, and numerical solution of the model is obtained through MAT- LAB programs. Finally, numerical experiments further validate cucumber antiviral effect. The findings may provide some guidance and help for biological research and field planting.
