“全程化”职业素养教育视角下团队拓展训练的探索与实践

摘要 团队训练具有任务驱动、人际互动和潜能激发等作用。对大一新生进行团队协作能力训练,是"全程化"职业素养教育的重要一环。该训练能为刚刚步入大学生活的"90"后学生,提供培养合作精神、增加合作实践的机会。实践证明:搭建"理实融合、团队载体、实践育人、快乐提高"的团队训练体系,是大学生职业素养教育途径的一种有益探索。 Team training has functions of task driven, interpersonal interaction and potential inspiring and so on. The author thinks that it is an important part of the "whole process" professional quality education to ask freshmen to take part in team cooperation ability training. It can provide cooperation spirit education and increase the cooper- ation practice opportunity for this generation after 90s who just entered university. The practice has proved : Build- ing the team training system of "theory & practice combining, team carrier, practice education, improvement with happiness" has made helpful exploration to the way of professional quality education for the undergraduates.
