摘要
为解决大型喷砂房分段喷砂过程中产生粉尘浓度过高,对工人健康及周边环境造成严重危害的问题,应采取个人防护、分级除尘、优化除尘产品配套设计的方法加以解决。重点分析优化设计后的喷砂房除尘系统对粉尘处理后排放至空气中的粉尘浓度及排放速率。结果表明:经过处理后的粉尘排放浓度及速率均可达到国家环保要求的粉尘排放标准,大大降低粉尘对周边环境的污染。目前,该除尘系统的设计方案已经在国内大型船厂得到广泛推广及应用。
To solve the problem that dust concentration is so high in segmented sandblast process in large sandblast room that workers "health and the surrounding environment are seriously harmed, this article proposes to design some products of personal protection, grading dust removal, optimizing dust removal. It focuses on dust concentra- tion and emission rate in the air treated by optimized design dust removal system in sandblast room. Results show that the treated dust emission concentration and rate can meet dust emission standard required by state environmen- tal protection, which can significantly reduce dust pollution to the surrounding environment. At present, the design scheme of dust removal system has been widely promoted and applied in domestic large shipyards.
