摘要
采用"双氧水+硫酸"体系浸出废CRT荧光粉中的锌,考察硫酸浓度、反应温度、反应时间、固液比和双氧水含量对Zn浸出率的影响。结果表明,在硫酸浓度3 mol/L,反应温度55℃,反应时间1 h,固液比1∶30 g/m L,双氧水/硫酸为0.1,中速搅拌条件下,锌浸出率可达90%以上,且可大大减少有毒气体H2S。
The zinc-leaching optimal conditions from waste CRTs phosphors by"sulfuric acid + hydrogen peroxide"system. The influence of leaching rate was investigated. The results indicate that at the best conditions of sulfuric acid 3 mol / L,temperature is 55 ℃,reaction time 1 h,solid-liquid ratio 1∶ 30 g / m L,hydrogen peroxide / sulfuric acid of 0. 1 and moderate agitation,the leaching ratio of zinc is more than90%,moreover,the toxic gas also reduced dramatically.
