摘要
文章基于PLC程序,结合挖掘机特性和功能,通过MP277上位机采集、实时显示报警和故障代码,实现了挖掘机性能的优化和升级。经过现场调试验证,获得了良好的运行效果,能够满足挖掘机各种工况控制的要求。
This paper is based on PLC program, combined with the characteristics and functions of the excavator, Through the MP277 terminal display computer, real-time display alarm and fault code, Realized the optimization and upgrading of the performance of the excavator. After the verification and verification, Finally get a good result, witch can satisfy the excavator control requirements on all sorts of working conditions.
