It is necessary to reinforce the effective approaches to cultivate Socialist Core Value. Therefore, the Red Culture, with its great essence in thought and political education function, plays an vital role to cultivate Socialist Core Value for the college students. Additionally, it is instructive for us to make full use of resources of Hebei Red Culture as a main field, channel for university ideol- ogy and politics course, and establish the stable Red Educational Base to promote the educational ac- tivities and cultivate the spirits of the patriotism, seeking truth from facts, bravery and creativity, which will enable the students stand firmly for the belief and ideal of Socialist Road with Chinese Characteristics.
