The paper analyzes the advantages and practice of project-based management mode ap- plied in Independent Colleges in the background of the current situation of students＇ work. It argues that the new working mode can succeed in the resources; distribution, combination of conflicts and contradiction, correction of the working behaviors so as to enhance the level of students＇work and en- courage the development of students＇ work in a healthy, harmonious way.
