摘要
为与国际接轨,积极参与国际竞争,依据WTO成员国的权利和义务,结合我国工程造价管理方面的现状,阐述了今后加强我国建筑工程造价管理的构想。
In order to link up to international regulations and take active part in international competition, this paper expounds the ideas of strengthening the construction cost management in China in the future according to the rights and obligations of WTO members and connecting with the present situation of construction cost management in China.
