表现为占位性病变的原发性中枢神经系统血管炎一例 被引量：5

摘要 患者女,39岁,已婚,主因＂左侧肢体麻木1个月余,间断性头痛20 d＂收入海军总医院.患者于2013年11月20日无明显诱因出现左上肢及躯干外侧麻木,1周后左侧躯干外侧麻木症状逐渐消失.2013年11月26日出现左膝部麻木,就诊于某医院神经内科,查颈部MRI考虑为＂脊髓脱髓鞘病变＂,给予口服B族维生素等药物治疗,病情无明显缓解,并出现食欲减退及浑身乏力.
