摘要
以宫粉型梅花、‘紫叶李’与‘美人’梅共计 71个样品的AFLP指纹数据为基础 ,采用NTSYSpc2 1t软件计算Nei’s(1 972 )遗传距离和Dice相似性系数 ,分别进行聚类、排序分析。依据所显示的亲缘关系以及花粉可育性 ,初步推测确定‘美人’梅可能的父系为‘清明晚粉’、‘大宫粉’、‘粉玉宫粉’和‘蔡山宫粉’。
Based on the AFLP fingerprints data of AFLP of 71 accessions of Pink Double Form and its maternity, the genetic relationships were analyzed using NTSYSpc2.1t clustering and arrangement analysis of Nei's(1972)genetic distance and Dice coefficient. Basis genetic relationships and pollen viability for showing the relation, four cultivars of ‘Qingming Wanfen’,‘Da Gongfen’ and ‘Fenyu Gongfen’ and ‘Caishan Gongfen’were proposed as the paternity of Prunus mume ‘Meiren'.
