摘要
解读《2008北京奥运食品安全行动纲要》对奥运食品原料定点供应基地的要求;概述了太白县蔬菜产品在通过国家绿色食品A级、USDA及EU有机食品认证后,"太白山"牌蔬菜产销两旺,2007年被确定为奥运会绿色蔬菜直供基地。由此启发思考,提出了围绕发展现代农业和"一村一品"建设,策应奥运食品安全追溯系统,突出技术标准化、产品销售品牌化、经营管理组织化、特色农业产业化,进一步促进"太白山"牌蔬菜产业提质增效优化升级的对策建议。
Understanding the requirements of the protocol of safe food for 2008 Olympic game for specific food products supply base of Olympic games; We summarized achievements of the Taibai vegetable base and vegetable products that got grade 'A' certification of national green food, USDA, ratification of EU organic food in 2007, and their prosperous market condition, from all that successes that make base to be ratified as Olympic food supply base. We discussed how to construct 'one variety in one village' according to modern agriculture construction, and develop safety tracking duty system for safety of Olympic games food, put emphasis on standard of vegetable cultivation, brand construction, organization and management on sale, in dustrialization of feature vegetable products, and give further suggestions on enhancement of quality and efficiency for 'Taibai' vegetable products.
