在一定范围内,谷子产量和降水量呈正相关,比值为0.91︰1.00,即生产0.91kg谷子籽粒就需要1mm的降水或灌溉水。降水过多和干旱对谷子生长、生产均有抑制作用,甚至减产,尤其在灌浆期表现更为明显。
