摘要
饲料中的黄曲霉毒素是黄曲霉群真菌的一系列代谢产物的总称,对大多数动物都有强烈的毒性作用,主要是改变饲料的适口性,降低饲料的营养价值,影响动物繁殖机能,导致动物繁殖机能紊乱,还具有免疫毒性、肝毒性,可造成畜禽大批死亡及强烈的致癌作用。文章分析了黄曲霉毒素的危害,提出了综合防范措施。
The aflatoxin in feed was not only related with the security and the productivity of the animal, but also influenced the health and the life of the human. In this study, the hazardous and the mechanism of the aflatoxin to the animal and the productive condition and effective factors were summarized and the countermeasure of the prevention of the aflatoxin was put forward.
