摘要
本研究利用23个表型性状对71份西瓜自交系材料进行了遗传亲缘关系分析。聚类分析结果将供试材料分为7大类群:第1类包含3份西瓜材料,全部为抗病大果型;第2类为10份黑皮类型种质;第3类主要由花皮类型材料组成;第4类包括的7份西瓜种质全部为中小果型高糖材料;瓜面楞沟较深的材料58号单独聚为第5类;第6类主要为美国久比利类型材料;第7类包括几乎所有的网纹类型西瓜材料。变异系数的结果表明果粉有无、果形、纤维粗细、枯萎病抗性等性状能较好地反映出西瓜种质间的差异。本研究为西瓜育种亲本的选配和杂交优势水平的预测提供理论参考。
This study was focused on using twenty-three phenotypic characters to analyse the genetic relationships of seventy-one watermelon materials.Germplasm used in this study were divided into seven groups by cluster analysis.Three resistant type and large fruit materials were in the first group.Ten Black-skin germplasm belonged to the second group.The materials which formed the third group mostly were decorative rind type.Seven high sugar type germplasm with middle and small fruits belonged to the 4th group.NO.58 formed the fifth group which surface had deep groove.Most of materials in the sixth group were American Jubilee-type.The seventh group were consisted of netted type germplasm.The results of variation coefficient showed that with or without fruit powder,fruit shape,fiber crude or fine,resistance to fusarium wilt and so on could better reflect difference between watermelon germplasm.This study could provide theoretical reference for parents selection and forecast on heterosis lever.
