北京地区设施栽培双孢菇品种筛选

Selection of Facility Cultivation Strains with Agaricus Bisporus in BeiJing Area

双孢菇的品种是影响双孢菇品质和产量关键因子,试验通过对目前北京地区设施双孢菇栽培引进的4个品种(F56、生茂2、生茂4和生茂8)进行比较,从菌丝生长速度、单株个体大小、开伞时菌盖直径以及单位面积产量进行比较,以期选出在鲜食市场消费习惯和产量方面都具有较好价值的品种,对生产实践有所指导。试验得出:1)F56菌丝生长速度较快,出菇比其他3个品种早4～6 d,适合调整生产周期,但菇体偏小,且菌柄较长;2)4个品种中,生茂8平均产量最高,且开伞时菌盖直径最大,菌柄最短,成熟子实体大小符合目前鲜食市场消费习惯,是适合目前栽培模式下的高产品种,品状优良,平均单产可达12.77 kg/m2。

The strains of Agaricus bisporus is the key impact factor for the quantities and quality of the facility cultivation,compared 4 different kinds strains(F56,Shengmao2,Shengmao4,Shengmao8)growth rate,single plant size,opened-cap diame-ter line and the yield per unit,we expect that we can find one strains is adjustable for the fresh market,and also have a good yield.The test drawn: 1) F56 have a good strains-growth rate,it can have pins as earlier as the other three varieties,also have small cap and longer stipe.Usually it can be used for adjust for the all production circle.2) Shengmao8 have the highest average yield per unit,shortest stipe,biggest opened-cap diameter line,the size is suitable for the fresh market.More importantly it fit for this cultivation model,Average yield of up to 12.77 kg / m2.
