摘要 匙吻鲟原产北美,吻长,呈扁平状;体表光滑无鳞,背部黑蓝灰色,常有斑点分布;体侧有赭色点状斑,腹部白色;口大眼小,前额高于口部;鳃耙密而细长,鳃盖骨大而向后延至腹鳍,尾鳍分叉,尾柄披有梗节状的甲鳞。匙吻鲟幼鱼具有很高的观赏价值,成鱼可制作出鱼子酱,具有很高的经济价值。本文通过对匙吻鲟的生物学、成鱼的养殖及消化系统的研究,使能够更好的了解匙吻鲟的生长、生活及摄食条件,以便使更多的人了解匙吻鲟的市场价值与潜力,便于进行大规模的推广。 The paddlefish is origin in North America, Its snout is long and flat; Which body surface is slickness and without scales, the back is dark blue-gray, there used to be distribution of spots; There are ocher dot spots in the side of the body, and its belly is white; Its mouth is big and eyes is small, the forehead is higher than mouth; Its gill rakers are dense and slimness, The opercular bone is big, extend backward to pelvic fins, The tail fin is bifurcate, and caudal peduncle has scale like the pedicle. The juvenile of paddlefish has a high ornamental value, and adult fish can be made out of caviar, there is a high economic value. This text is based on the biology of paddlefish, aquaculture of the adult fish and research of the digestive system, So that the growth, living and feeding conditions of paddlefish can be understood better, In order to make more people know the market value of paddlefish and make large-scale promotion.
