摘要
针对华北电力大学科技查新站课题量激增、查新课题的管理与统计工作复杂易错的问题,开发了一套基于.Net的高校图书馆科技查新管理系统。系统通过划分不同的用户权限,不仅实现了查新课题的录入、查看、修改、删除等功能,而且实现了对查新课题的多条件检索和统计导出,切实简化了查新课题的管理统计工作,增强了数据的安全性,提高了工作效率。
In the light of the problems occurring in the sci-tech novelty retrieval station of NCEPU（North China Electric Power University）such as the sharp increase of subject amount and the complex and error-prone managerial and statistical work of novelty retrieval projects, this paper develops a set of sci-tech novelty retrieval management system of university library based on.Net. Which can not only realize the functions of novelty retrieval subject＇s entering, viewing,modifying, and deleting, etc. but also the multi-conditional retrieval and statistical export,practically simplifying the managerial and statistical work of novelty retrieval subjects, enhancing the data security, and improving the work efficiency.
