Discussion on the Common Problems in the Management of College Students' Psychological Archives

由于大学生人生阅历少,面对大学校园里复杂的人际关系以及学习压力和就业压力,往往会产生心理问题,因此,教育部要求高校在大学生入学时就要为其建立心理档案,以便为准确分析大学生的心理变化状况提供可靠的参考资料。探讨了大学生心理档案管理中存在的问题,提出了规范大学生心理档案管理的建议。

In the face of complex interpersonal relationships in the university campus and learning pressure and employment pressure, the college students tend to produce psychological problems due to the less life experiences.Therefore, the ministry of education requirements colleges and universities to set up psychological archives for college students when they entering the college in order to provide reliable reference resources for accurate analyses on college students＇ psychological change. This paper probes into some problems existing in the management of college students＇ psychological archives, and puts forward some suggestions on normalizing the management of college students＇ psychological archives.
