摘要
阐述了"十二五"以来山西省区域创新能力总体水平,分析了山西省创新能力分指标现状及问题所在,提出了相应的对策建议。
This paper expounds the overall level of the regional innovation capability of Shanxi Province during the period of 12 th Five-Year Plan, analyzes the current status of the sub-indexes of the innovation capability of Shanxi Province and existing problems, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
