四十八式太极拳和益气养肺功对人体血清四类免疫球蛋白含量及其影响的研究 被引量:25

摘要 本研究以男女各30名为研究对象,男、女各分为两组,每组15人安排每日练习四十八式太极拳或益气养肺功1小时,共练两个月.发现IgG、IgA、IgM、IgE四类免疫球蛋白含量的变化值,均在正常值之内,表明通过各自的练习,均有助于促使人体体液免疫水平的正常化.但练四十八式太极拳和练益气养肺功相比,后者效果略优于前者. The subjects (30 female, 30 male) were divided into two male groups and two female groups, with 15 subjects for each group. The four groups practise taijiquan or yiqiyangfei exercise one hour each day for two months. Changes of the concentration of four immune globins (IgA, IgG, IgM, IgE) were in normal range, which indicates that both taijiquan and the exercise can benifit the normalization of immune level of body fluid. However, comparison showed that the exercise possesed a little better effect than the 48 forms taijiquan.
