当代西方多元文化教师教育思想的三种价值取向分析 被引量:2

摘要 多元文化教师教育思想是教师教育领域有关教师多元文化素养的养成与获得的方式的集合。多元文化教师教育思想从其发展来看主要经历了三种价值取向:知识取向,通过开设多元文化课程来提高教师多元文化素养;实践取向,通过社区服务学习在实践中提高教师多元文化素养;社会重建取向,通过对社会问题的批判与反思提升教师多元文化素养。三种取向之间在内涵上既有包含也有超越。 Multicultural Teacher Education Thoughts is a collection of the nurtureand acquisition of teachers multicultural literacy. There are three value dimensions in thehistory of the development of multicultural teacher education thoughts:knowledge-orient-ed,nurturing multicultural literacy by multicultural curriculum;practice-oriented,improv-ing teachers' multicultural literacy in community service learning;and social reconstruc-tion-oriented,which is by critical and reflective thinking. The three dimensions have theirown stresses.
