摘要
俄罗斯现行高等教育国家标准对学生学业评价提出了明确要求。高校学生学业评价以能力素养观为方法论基础,着重评价学生的一般能力和职业能力,尤其是跨学科能力的评价。各高校多采用日常监控、期末鉴定和国家鉴定相结合的方式,在评价过程中实现分数评价与等级评价的灵活转换。高校学生学业评价改革实施以来,在提高评价客观性和效率等方面取得了一定成效,但同时也存在着对学生能力评价缺乏有效手段、如何协调与传统评价模式以及欧洲教育评价标准之间的关系等问题。
Current higher education national standards of Russia make clear a require-ment to the student academic evaluation. The student academic assessment is based onquality education with ability literacy conception theory,and focuses on the evaluation ofthe student's general ability and professional ability,especially interdisciplinary abilityevaluation. Colleges and universities use three ways,including the daily monitoring,mid-dle identification and national identification. Score and grade evaluation switch easily dur-ing the evaluation process. Since the implementation of reform,achievement had made inimproving the assessment objectivity and efficiency. But there are also some problems,in-cluding lack of effective means on the ability of students,the relationship to the traditionalevaluation model,the evaluation standard of European education.
