云数据中心与高压变电站共站时的工频磁场环境特征 被引量:11

摘要 云数据中心(IDC)与高压变电站共站建设时,变电站正常工作时的稳态持续工频磁场和短路时的短时工频磁场可能会威胁共站建设云数据中心的信息存储设备的安全运行。为此,通过分析测量结果及国内外数据,系统总结了高压变电站产生的工频磁场环境的特征,提出了不同电压等级变电站母线、地下变电站、地下电缆、电抗器及电容器产生的稳态持续工频磁场强度最大值分别为64 A/m、45 A/m、49 A/m、4 000 A/m、800 A/m,通过计算分析了变电站工频短路时50 k A短路电流在附近产生的短时工频磁场强度最大值可达2 490 A/m。研究结果表明:在云数据中心建设时,需要控制云数据中心信息设备与电抗器的距离>10 m,与电容器的距离>5 m,以确保云数据中心信息设备承受的稳态持续工频磁场强度<100 A/m;控制云数据中心信息设备与高压母线的距离>10 m,可将与变电站共站建设的云数据中心可能出现的短时工频磁场强度降低到<1 000 A/m。该研究结果为制定云数据中心与高压变电站共站建设时的工频磁场防护策略奠定了基础。 When the internet data center (IDC) co-sites with high voltage substation, the steady continuous power fre- quency magnetic field in normal operation of substation and the short-time power frequency magnetic field in short-circuit fault condition will threaten the safe operation of the information storage servers in co-sited IDCs. We ana- lyzed the characteristics of power frequency magnetic field generated by the high voltage substations by summarizing measured and analyzed results and related data in previous literatures, and proposed the maximum values of steady con- tinuous power frequency magnetic field strength generated by substation bus of different rated voltage, underground substation and underground power cable, reactor and capacitor as 64 A/m, 45 A/m, 49 A/m, 4 000 A/m, and 800 A/m, respectively; the maximum value of the short time power frequency magnetic field strength in neighboring region pro- duced by 50 kA short-circuit current was calculated as 2 490 A/re. During constructing the IDCs, the distances between the information equipment and reactor, between the information equipment and capacitor bank should be larger than 10 m and 5 m, respectively, so as to control the steady continuous magnetic field strength smaller than 100 A/m, and the dis- tances between substation bus and information equipment should be larger than 10 m, to control the short time power frequency magnetic field strength smaller than 1 000 A/m. This work provides the fundamental data for mapping out the preventive strategy against the power frequency magnetic field of the data centers co-sited with high voltage substations.
