摘要
目的通过皮肤点刺试验(skin prick test,SPT)和开放式食物激发试验(open oral food challenge,OFC)验证沙葱是一种能够诱发过敏性鼻炎或哮喘的新型过敏原。方法对我科收治的3例沙葱诱发过敏性哮喘患者(实验组)的临床资料进行回顾分析,同时选择3例无过敏病史的健康成人作为对照组,进行SPT和OFC。结果全部受试者的SPT和OFC结果均呈阳性;OFC显示食入沙葱后10 min出现皮肤瘙痒、喘憋症状或过敏性鼻炎症状,一秒用力呼气容积降低20%以上。结论沙葱是一种新发现的食物过敏原,在接触或食入后可能会诱发严重的食物过敏反应。
Objective To investigate whether the Allium mongolicum is a novel allergen causing allergic rhinitis or allergic asthma with the skin prick test(SPT)and open oral food challenge(OFC). Methods Systematic analysis on the clinical information of the 3 patients with allergic allergic rhinitis or allergic asthma induced by Allium mongolicumwas conducted, and the literatures were reviewed. The experiment group was composed of 3 cases who were allergic to Allium mongolicum. The control group was composed of 3 cases who had no allergic history. Both of the two groups conducted the SPT with the the fresh extracts from Allium mongolicum. The subjects took the fresh Allium mongolicum under the guidance of specialists, and the systemic and local symptoms were observed and recorded. No sooner the respiratory symptoms appeared than the respiratory function tests were conducted. Results All the subjects were positive in both of SPT and OFC. No sooner the respiratory symptoms appeared than the respiratory function tests were conducted. The whole experiment took the subjects and specialist 6 hours to complete, and were monitored by specialist physicians in the whole procedure. OFC results showed that symptoms of itchy skin would take place 10 minutes after ingesting the Allium mongolicum. FEV1 was decreased more than 20%. However the SPT and OFC results of control group were negative.Conclusion Allium mongolicum is a novel food allergen, and people may get severe allergic reaction after ingesting or contacting it.
