肱骨近端骨折术后大结节移位预后因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 肱骨近端骨折是临床上常见的一类骨折,约占全身骨折的5%,并有随年龄增长而上升的趋势[1]。通常将Neer分型的三、四部分骨折称为复杂肱骨近端骨折[2,3],这类骨折若处理不当会严重影响肩关节功能,一直是临床较为棘手的难题[4]。在众多术后并发症中因大结节移位引起肩关节功能障碍及相关肩峰下撞击综合征尤为重视。现将2011-2013年我院应用Philos锁定钢板治疗Neer三、
