摘要 利用激发发射三维荧光光谱结合交替三线性分解(ATLD)二阶校正方法,克服了姜黄素(CUR)和双去甲氧基姜黄素(DME)荧光光谱重叠以及未知背景物荧光干扰问题,实现了两者在人血浆样本中的直接快速定量研究。实验结果表明CUR的平均加标回收率为105.3±0.9%,定量检测限为2.20 ng/m L;DME的平均加标回收率为106.5±1.6%,定量检测限为0.164 ng/m L。 In this work, a novel strategy based on three-dimensional fluorescence combined with alternating trilinear decomposition (ATLD) method is proposed to directly and quickly determine the CUR and BUR contents in human plasma samples without tedious pretreatment procedures even in the presence of unknown interferences. The results revealed that the recovery of CUR was 105.3±0.9% and the LOQ was 2.20 ng/mL while the recovery of DME was 106.5±1.6% and the LOQ was 0.164 ng/mL, which indicated that the proposed method has good performances.
