基于问卷与模拟探讨杭州市办公建筑人行为模式对能耗的影响 被引量:12

Effects of Occupant Behaviors on Office Building Energy Consumption in Hangzhou Based on Questionnaire and Simulation

摘要 本文针对杭州市办公建筑中人行为模式的问题进行了调研,结果表明多数办公人员用能习惯、用能意识良好,约有一半的人员选择在觉得热时开空调、觉得暗时开灯等较为经济的使用方式,但在具体的行为模式之间又存在较大的差异性。De ST软件中默认的几种行为模式在调研中均有所体现,由此提炼出了节简型与实用型两种行为模式。同时通过软件模拟,发现夏季空调设定温度、办公室使用人数、不同行为模式的人员比例等因素均会对空调能耗产生影响。就本文而言,两种不同行为模式的人员在房间内同时存在时,可以通过对人员比例的适当调整,起到降低能耗的作用。 This study carries a research on people's behaviors in office buildings in Hangzhou,and the result indicates that most staffs have strong awareness of energy saving. Half of staffs act energy-saving behaviors like turning on the air conditioning when they feel hot and turning on the light when light is inefficient. However,staffs' specific behaviors of energy consumption exist dramatic differences. With the analysis of questionnaire data,the default behavior patterns in De ST all exist in the study. Through the De ST stimulation,the study concludes that factors including the air conditioning temperature,the number of staff members,and the proportion of staffs in different behavior patterns have effects on the air conditioning energy consumption. In this study,when two behavior patterns exist in one room,adjusting the proportion of staff behavior patterns can optimize building energy consumption.
