摘要
针对上海某大型办公建筑实际使用现状,对其室内CO2浓度进行了全年不间断的监测。通过数据分析,发现在夏季新风机短时运行配合外窗全天无规律开启的混合型新风模式下,工作日室内CO2浓度的累积效应强于自然渗风的消散作用,从而导致空气品质不良。最终总结出新风机运行的改进方案,为办公建筑合理控制室内空气品质,制定节能通风策略提供了参考。
For a large office building,the indoor CO2 concentration was monitored all the year round. It is found that the indoor air quality is poor with the short time fresh air supply mode in summer and the outside windows irregular opened,because of acumulation effect of CO2 concentration being stronger than the dissipation function of the natural wind air. The author provided improved scheme about the mode of fresh air supply,so as to meet the air quality and building energy svaing.
