山区烟地残膜机械捡拾影响因素分析

The Analysis of Influence Factors of Smoke Farmland Residue Mulching Film Collecting in Mountain Area

介绍了国内外残膜捡拾机的研究现状和发展趋势,根据贵州省毕节地区的薄膜分布和捡拾机检测结果,分析了残膜捡拾机在山区烟地使用的影响因素。并提出了残膜捡拾机的改进方向是改进起膜翻地装置、增加膜土分离装置及碎膜捡拾装置,以适应山区残膜分布情况复杂、土壤粘性大的烟地特点。

The study status and development tendency of the machine for collecting residue mulching film at do- mestic and overseas were introduced. According to the distribution of mulching film and the testing data from the collecting machine in Bijie of Guizhou Province, some influence factors about the applying of residue mulching film collecting machine in mountain area were analyzed, then some suggestions about how to improve it were put forwards. In order to adapt to the features that the film is distributed intricately and the soils are extremely vis- cous in mountain area, the following improvement directions were summarized： improving the film-dig-up plough, adding a broken-film collecting device and a film-soil separation device.
