摘要
钢管混凝土叠合柱自90年代兴起以来,被越来越多地应用于各式多高层建筑中。现应用YJK与MIDAS计算软件,以安顺市某酒店南塔为研究对象,设计两种结构方案。分别建立计算模型并对整体结构进行静动力计算分析对比,得出整体性能更优的结构形式;在优选出的结构方案中分别使用钢筋混凝土柱与钢管混凝土叠合柱,通过使用钢管混凝土叠合柱计算模型与使用钢筋混凝土柱计算模型对比得出钢管混凝土叠合柱相对于钢筋混凝土柱减小构件截面、提高抗震性能的优势,同时确定钢管混凝土叠合柱对整体结构性能的影响。
Steel tube-reinforced concrete column has been applied to all kinds of high-rise buildings increasingly since the 1990's. Based on calculation software YJK and MIDAS, two structural concepts on the south tower of a hotel in Anshun City were designed. Calculation models were established respectively and static and dynamic cal- culation and analysis were made on the whole structure, then the structural form was obtained, which has better whole performance. Reinforced concrete column and steel tube-reinforced concrete column were used respectively in the chosen structural concept. Based on the comparison of steel tube-reinforced concrete column calculation model and reinforced concrete column calculation model, it is concluded that steel tube-reinforced concrete col- umn has better performance on reduction of component section and increase of anti-seismic property than rein- forced concrete column, and steel tube-reinforced concrete column's influence on the whole structural property was identified.
