摘要
交通拥堵已经严重制约城市的发展。本文首先通过意向调查了解拥挤收费对北京内外非通勤出行的影响,再利用MNL模型探索出行选择的关键因子,最后通过拥挤收费与开车付费的关系图确定最优的拥堵收费定价。
Traffic congestion has already restricted the development of the city. The intention survey was adopted to understand the impact of congestion charging on the inside and outside non-commuting travel in Beijing and found the key factors of the travel choice explored by MNL model, finally the congestion charge standard was de- termined by the relationship between congestion charging and drive.
