摘要
针对工业应用开发出一种新型碳化硅泡沫阀塔盘,在原有泡沫碳化硅塔板与碳化硅泡沫阀塔盘的基础上进行了结构上的改进,使其安装更加方便,具有更加均匀的气体分布与更小的液相流动阻力。文中对该新型碳化硅泡沫阀塔盘进行流体力学性能测试,在600 mm的塔内测试其塔板压降、雾沫夹带量与漏液线,并与传统F1浮阀塔盘的流体力学数据进行了比较。研究结果表明:碳化硅泡沫阀塔盘由于其高开孔率使干板压降远低于F1浮阀塔盘,而且新型塔盘在小气速时仍不会发生漏液现象;但该新型碳化硅泡沫阀塔盘存在着湿板压降较大的缺点。研究结果为该新型塔盘的工业应用提供了基础数据与设计依据。
For industrial application, a new SiC foam valve tray was developed. Based on the previous SiC foam valve tray, the new tray was improved in structure, which has easier installation, better gas distribution performance and lower flow resistance. The hydrodynamic performances of the new tray, including pressure drop, entrainment and weeping, were tested in a 600 mm diameter column. Compared with the F1 float valve tray, the new SiC foam valve tray has lower dry pressure drop because of its higher opening ratio, and the new tray does not weep even at small gas speed. However, the new SiC foam valve tray has higher wet pressure drop compared with the F1 float valve tray. The study provides basic data and design reference for the industrial application of the new tray.
