摘要
针对某低品位辉钼矿钼浸出率低、堆浸周期长等问题,研究了常规碱法搅拌浸出、拌碱熟化柱浸,提出一种适合于从低品位辉钼矿中浸出钼的方法。结果表明:以次氯酸钠为氧化剂的拌碱熟化浸出效果最佳;拌碱熟化柱浸时,浸出周期可缩短至20d,浸出液峰值钼质量浓度可达5g/L以上,钼浸出率可达90%左右。
Leaching of molybdenum from a low grade molybdenite ore from Her nan province was researched by conventional alkaline leaching and alkaline curing volume leaching experiments. The results show that the best way for the low grade ore is alkaline curing volume leaching using sodium hypochlorite as oxidant by which leaching period is shorten to 20 days and concentration of molybdenum in leaching solution can reach 5 g/L,leaching rate of molybdenum is about 90 %.
