摘要 本文首先介绍了表面涂层的功能及其制备方法,着重对涂层各种制备方法的优缺点进行了讨论。其次介绍了涂层的主要失效形式,主要分为强度失效,磨损失效和腐蚀失效。最后介绍了涂层性能的评价方法,从涂层的微观结构,与基体的结合强度,硬度,耐腐蚀,抗高温,残余应力等性能指标提出了涂层性能的评价方法。 This paper mainly introduces the function of the surface coating and its preparation methods, focus on the preparation of the coating and the advantages and disadvantages of the method. The major failure forms of coating are strength failure, wear failure and corrosion failure. Coating performance evaluation method include the microstructure of the coating, bonding strength with the substrate, hardness, corrosion resistance, resistance to high temperature, residual stress and so on.
