中国OFDI逆向技术溢出效应显著吗——考虑环境变量的再检验

Is the Effect of Chinese Reverse Spillover Obvious?——Re Examination of Environmental Variable

以逆向技术溢出的实现机制为分析基础,对中国逆向技术溢出的影响因素以及地区吸收逆向技术溢出的差异性进行了研究。运用随机前沿面与面板数据分析技术,重新定义和计算关键变量的实证分析结果表明:中国逆向技术溢出总体显著,海外研发溢出机制发挥着主要作用,海外经营反馈溢出尚未显著呈现;逆向技术溢出吸收受到经济环境等因素的综合影响,逆向技术溢出实现水平存在"东高西低"的地区差异。

This article discusses the China＇s realization Mechanism of Reverse Spillovers,and analyzes the influence factors and district＇s differences. To depict precisely the relations between variables,the empirical research method,fuller data are used. The conclusions are that, China＇s RD spillovers are significant,while the spillovers of operation feedback overseas are not significant firstly. Secondly,the spillovers＇ realization is influenced by foreign RD stock,foreign profit acquiring,human capital and economic phenomenon comprehensively. At last,the spillovers realization presents obvious district differences.
