摘要
《急性上消化道出血急诊诊治流程专家共识》是国际上首个由急诊专家制定并达成的指南性文件,包含了多学科急性上消化道出血的诊治精髓,为急性上消化道出血的救治提供了规范的、实用的诊治流程和方法。本文初步阐释了2011年《急性上消化道出血急诊诊治流程专家共识(修订稿)》,肯定了其临床意义,总结了其核心内容,评价了其制定亮点,归纳了急性上消化道出血的急诊诊治流程,指出了其存在的不足,同时提出了对新共识的展望。
The Expert Consensus About Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Upper Gastrointestinal Tract Bleeding is the first international guideline formulated and agreed by experts of emergency treatment. It includes the essence of diagnosis and treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal tract bleeding from the perspectives of multiple subjects and provides standardized and practical diagnosis and treatment processes and methods for the treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal tract bleeding. In this paper,we interpreted the Expert Consensus About Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Upper Gastrointestinal Tract Bleeding,confirmed its clinical significance,summarized its core content and evaluated its highlights. We also summarized the emergency diagnosis and treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal tract bleeding,pointed out the defects of the consensus and put forward the prospects for the new consensus.
