寻常型痤疮发病情况及严重程度影响因素分析

Analysis of Performance Characteristics of Acne Vulgaris and Severity Reclated Factors

目的:探讨寻常痤疮的发病情况及影响痤疮严重度的相关因素。方法:对203例寻常痤疮患者资料进行分析。结果:痤疮的皮肤类型以油性和混合型居多,单因素分析显示性别、甜食、麻辣、压力大、休息、病程、治疗史、家族史与痤疮的严重程度相关,影响程度从高到低的相关因素依次是病程、麻辣、性别、治疗史、休息、甜食。结论:影响痤疮严重程度的相关因素是病程、麻辣、性别、治疗史、休息、甜食。

Objective：Explore the skin type, skin lesions characteristic and severity related factors of acne vulgaris. Methods：Analyzing 203 cases of acne vulgaris patients data for the study. Results：The study showed that the skin of many acne patients was greasy and mixed. Univariate analysis showed that gender, sweet, spicy,pressure, rest, duration,treatment history, genetic history associated with the severity of acne, it showed that influence factors of the severity followed in descending ： duration, spicy, gender, treatment history, rest, sweet. Conclusion ： Factors affecting the severity of ache are duration, spicy, gender, treatment history, rest, sweet.
