摘要 科学合理的医院绩效分配制度,能够调动医务人员的积极性,激发工作热情,提供满意医疗产品。本项目研究在新医改形势下,按照工作数量、效益、个人素质、工作质量等多个维度构建一个绩效考核评价体系,倡导绩效分配体现"效率优先、兼顾公平、优绩优酬",引导员工提高自身素质,将绩效分配导向由原来与收入挂钩转变为与工作量和工作质量挂钩,鼓励科室提高效率、重视质量,合理管控成本,规范经营行为,推进医院实现可持续发展的战略目标。 Scientific and rational performance distribution system in hospital could mobilize the activity of medical personnel, stimulate their work enthusiasm and provide satisfactory medical products. This project aimed at establishing the performance evaluation system based on the aspects of workload, efficiency, personal quality and work quality under the circumstance of the new medical reform, advocating the principles of performance evaluation including “priority in efficiency, balance equity and high salary for good workers”to encourage employees to improve themselves, transforming income oriented performance evaluation into workload oriented performance evaluation, improving efficiency of different departments, attaching more importance to quality, managing and controlhng cost, regulating operation, and promoting the realization of hospital's strategic target of sustainable development.
