裂缝性碳酸盐岩油藏凝胶堵水方案优化模拟研究

摘要 为解决S油田含水率上升过快,减缓产量递减速度,需要对其进行凝胶堵水措施.通过对聚合物凝胶的机理研究,考虑了堵水过程中包括地下成胶化学反应、各种化学剂的损耗、化学组分的吸附和滞留、凝胶的降解、流动性能以及化学组分对水相黏度的影响等因素,建立起可动凝胶的三相七组分数值模型.通过模拟计算得出了合理的凝胶注入方式和注入量.为改善油田开采效果,减缓产量递减,提高采收率提供一条有效途径. In order to avoid S Oilfield water ratio rising rapidly and slow down production decline, we need to implement plugging process with polymer gel. Through researches on the mechanism of the polymer gel, and factor in elements during underground water plugging process including underground gel chemical reaction, loss of various chemical agent, adsorption and retention of chemical component, degradation of gel, and the influence to water phase viscosity from flow properties and the chemical components, etc., we can establish a movable gel three-phase seven components numerical model. By simulative calculation, we are able to get a reasonable way of gel injection and injection volume, providing an effective way to improve the effect of oil field exploitation, slow down production decline and improve recovery efficiency.
