尺寸效应与试验机精度对测定树脂浇铸体压缩性能试验方法的影响

针对树脂浇筑体压缩性能试验进行理论分析,基于混凝土强度尺寸效应及相应规范,对尺寸效应以及试验机精度两个参数进行理论计算分析,并得到以下结论:当试验仪器精度足够时,为避免尺寸效应的影响,应严格按照规范尺寸制作试件;当试验仪器精度不够时,可以成比例扩大试件尺寸,以满足精度的要求。

Theoretical analysis was given for the compression performance of the resin casting, and based on the size effect of concrete strength and relevant code, theo- retical calculation and analysis were given for such two parameters as size effect and tester accuracy, and the results are as follows ： When the accuracy of the testing instru- ment is enough, the test specimens shall be made strictly in accordance with the spec- ified dimension to avoid the size effect; However, when the accuracy of the testing in- strument is not enough, the test specimens shall be enlarged proportionally to meet the accuracy requirements.
